Web Broker Learning Centre contains all the learning resources that user needs to get familiar and gain in-depth knowledge about direct investing. I got involved in the design of Learning Centre from the second release. From there on i lead the design process delivering several releases.

Web Broker - Learning Centre

I started with absorbing the engagement personas and user research. I had several meetings with business and stakeholders to gain their perspective. I started the high level design process by sketching several concepts and exploring many scenarios. I also did a thorough analysis of various learning platforms like Linkedin Learning, Skill Share Lynda.com, Khan Academy etc.

In the end i was able to create a future state scenario for Web Broker Learn Centre that met the current requirements and also covered future releases.
